Investors in People Accredited
We are incredibly proud to announce that Motel Rocks has officially become an accredited Investors in People organisation, achieving Silver status!
We were given the brief two years ago to transform our HR function approach to a truly people-centric one. Since then, we’ve worked hard to bring that vision to life, focusing on building a culture where our people are at the heart of everything we do.
As part of this journey, and to assess how far we’ve come, we embarked on the Investors in People accreditation. Achieving Silver status marks a huge milestone for us and is an incredible testament to the progress we’ve made together! We are so proud of what this represents — a recognition of our collective effort to make Motel a place where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
That said, our journey doesn’t stop here. The Investors in People review has given us valuable insights and recommendations, and we’ll be taking action to build on our success and continue improving.
