Motel x Urban Promise
At our core, we believe in showing up for people. Giving back isn’t a side project - it’s part of who we are.
Throughout the year, we host charity events to support women and girls navigating incredibly tough circumstances. Whether it’s offering a safe space, a moment of connection, or simply providing quality clothing to someone in need, we’re here to help.
We donate unsold stock to organisations we trust, making sure nothing goes to waste and everything finds its way to someone who can truly benefit.
We’re proud to partner with UrbanPromise UK, who work tirelessly to uplift young people in under-resourced communities.

Motel x Crisis
Over the past year, Motel Rocks has proudly partnered with Crisis, the national charity working to end homelessness in the UK. As part of this ongoing collaboration, we’ve been donating regular quantities of stock to support their vital mission.
These donations are sold through Crisis’ network of charity shops, helping to raise essential funds that directly contribute to their life-changing services. Every item sold helps Crisis provide support, housing advice, and practical tools for people experiencing homelessness — moving them closer to a stable and secure future. At Motel, we’re committed to using our platform and resources to make a tangible difference.
Working with Crisis allows us to give our products a meaningful second life while supporting a cause that aligns with our values of community and compassion.

Samaritans Dawn Walk 2024
We loved celebrating World Mental Health Day, with last year’s theme all about prioritising mental health in the workplace – something that’s always close to our hearts at Motel Rocks. While we focus on wellbeing year-round, the day was a chance to get creative, share useful resources, and remind ourselves to slow down and take care.
We joined the Samaritans’ Dawn Walk, completing a 5K along the river in Worcester as the sun came up – the perfect backdrop for such a meaningful cause. Together, we raised £350 to support the Samaritans’ incredible work, and we can’t wait to do it again this October.
At Motel, looking after our people is fundamental to who we are. From our Wellness Wednesdays to our key focus on a healthy work/life balance, we are proud to have various trained Mental Health First Aiders on hand and we’re committed to keeping mental health on the agenda and challenging the stigma that still surrounds it.
