2026 Highlights
Flower Arranging
For Valentines Day this year the team took part in a flower arranging workshop. We all created our own hand tied bouquet with locally grown flowers. It was a great session that allowed us to come away having learned something new and with a gorgeous handmade gift for ourselves or a loved one!
Candle Making
The team took part in a candle making workshop where we were taught the key science behind candle making and all of the ingredients.
We could choose the scent, picking from 12 essential oils to make our individual combination. Everyone went away with their candle and wonderful handmade gift bag.
Alpaca Walking
What a wonderful experience! The team took part in an Alpaca Walk, we were told how to lead these amazing animals, all who have different characters and brought a smile to your face.
The highlight of the day was feeding the alpacas out of our hands!
Padel
The team got to take part in a Padel session which a qualified coach. It was some peoples first time playing this popular sport, so they weren't sure what to expect. They were really happy to have taken part, is absolutely something they would do again!
2025 Highlights
Sound Bath - Watersedge
The team enjoyed a sound bath at the beautiful Watersedge site, surrounded by scenic lakeside views. It was a chance to relax, rebalance, and find our zen. The glass studio gave the feeling of being out on the water, and with the sunshine streaming in, we were bathed in warm light as well as sound—a perfect way to slow down and connect with nature in honour of World Earth Day.
Mindful Yoga
The team enjoyed a mindful yoga practice at the Soul Sanctuary studio in the beautiful Spetchley Park. Many took a stroll through the grounds before the session, which blended meditation, yoga exercises, and deep relaxation. Everyone left feeling rested, refreshed, and reminded of the importance of prioritising wellbeing.
Pottery Painting
The team enjoyed a Pottery Painting session at the Museum of Royal Worcester. It was a great way to take a creative break and fully switch off during the workday.
It is a great chance to connect with colleagues outside of work tasks and to try new things together
Wreath Making Workshop
The team got creative and festive with a Wreath-Making workshop! We worked off a template and gradually added on different greenery. We were able to decorate our wreaths with holly, pinecones, orange and cinnamon sticks, all leaving with our very own individual wreaths.
