Bali Wellness

“Zone Out” VR Theme Park - August 2025
In August, the team took part in a VR meditation and breathwork session designed to help everyone pause, slow down, and find a sense of calm in the middle of a busy week. Guided through peaceful virtual landscapes and supported with mindful breathing techniques, the activity gave the team the chance to release stress, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.
Monthly Highlights

Jungle Carting
The Bali team took their Wellness Wednesday outdoors with an adventure Jungle Carting through the scenic trails of Ubud. Helmets and pads on, they cruised along quiet village roads, lush rice fields, and tropical forests. The mix of fresh air, greenery, and a little adrenaline was the perfect reset.
The cool breeze and earthy jungle scent made it surprisingly calming, and they stopped along the way for photos, views, and plenty of laughs. Jungle Carting turned out to be just the right mix of thrill and chill!

Billy Pilates
The team headed to Billy Pilates for a refreshing and strengthening Pilates session. Split into smaller groups, they tried both Reformer and Tower classes. These two styles focus on controlled movement, core strength, and mind-body connection.
Whether first-timers or regulars, everyone left feeling stronger, more centered, and recharged, thanks to the expert guidance of the Billy Pilates instructors!

Shooting Range
Our Bali team took on a high-adrenaline challenge at Bali Fire Shooting, learning how to safely handle and fire handguns under expert guidance. With time to practice their aim and hit the target, it was an exciting, empowering, and surprisingly mindful experience.

ZeroWaste Center Tour
The team took part in an interactive tour at the ZeroWaste Center Bali, an educational hub dedicated to sustainability and environmental awareness. They learned about the impact of waste and explored practical solutions like composting, upcycling, and recycling.
Activities included dyeing bandanas with plant-based dyes, recycling used soap, making recycled paper, creating seed balls for reforestation, joining a herb-smelling contest, and tasting traditional jamu. It was an inspiring day that showed how small, conscious actions can create a big positive impact
