Girls Empowerment Program with R.O.L.E.

Motel are proud to have partnered with the Bali charity R.O.L.E, whose vision is to empower local people, businesses and governments through practical education programs. 

The organisation’s “Girls’ Empowerment Program” aims to empower young marginalized Indonesian women through skills education as a means to break the poverty cycle and develop sustainable communities in Indonesia. 

We recognise that our continuing work with the charity is vital to building lasting relationships in line with our local communities.

Row for R.O.L.E 4.0

Row for R.O.L.E 4.0 was an unforgettable adventure! Team MOTEL competed in the single female and single male categories, giving it everything we had out on the open sea.

The finish line at Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua felt like a hero’s welcome. We were greeted by the amazing Bali Wise Program students, and even treated to full massages by professional physiotherapists—absolute heaven after paddling through waves.

We wrapped it all up with a delicious brunch, hot showers, and a breezy ride back to Sanur by shuttle.

It wasn’t just a race—it was a challenge, a celebration, and a memory we’ll never forget.
