Our story began during a road trip in the 1990s, where our founders, Will and Andy, travelled across America collecting vintage items while living out of motels. They started purchasing vintage clothing in the USA and selling it wholesale, which eventually led to the creation of stores. The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Systems Operations Manager &
Integrations lead to oversee the day‑to‑day operation, development, and optimisation of
our NetSuite ERP platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability,
efficiency, and scalability of the system while driving best practice standards across a
small internal team and external partners.
The NetSuite Systems Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining
operational excellence within the company’s ERP ecosystem. You will lead a small,
capable team to deliver system reliability and integrity, manage integrations with
third‑party tools, and ensure that development work from partners aligns with internal
governance and business priorities.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP platform.
- Manage and mentor a small internal systems and data team to deliver strong performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee integrations between NetSuite and connected systems, ensuring stability and data integrity across all platforms.
- Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external third‑party partners, ensuring accountability, quality delivery, and adherence to agreed standards.
- Drive and document process improvements, maintaining robust governance and change control procedures.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with IT and third‑party vendors.
- Define and enforce internal standards for documentation, testing, and deployment of NetSuite updates or integrations.
- Support the ongoing development of dashboards, analytics, and reporting to empower business decision‑making.
- Provide Monthly KPI reporting to the board
- Support Motel on it's sustainability journey, escalating ideas and encouraging means of improvement.

About you
- Proven experience managing NetSuite ERP in an operational or technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, API management, and third‑party application control.
- Experience leading a small technical or systems team, fostering accountability and development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to quality and deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of process governance and system compliance.
- Experience within retail, fashion, or e‑commerce environments is advantageous but not essential.
- Pragmatic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
